Job Details PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops business and marketing plans for assigned products,
including sales plans, and implementation strategies in order to
Increase market share
- Set pricing structure and strategies in order to Maintain profit margin
- Coordinates with engineering, purchasing and production for NPI
and product realization in order to develop competitive product and
quality service to customers
- Participates in training for field sales and customer service
personnel on new product/program introductions or enhancements in
order to Increase sales
- Oversees market research and analysis, promotions, and advertising
associated with assigned products； assesses their success against
plan in order to maintain market share
Experience or skills required
- Working experience in EM-Solution field is required. Multinational
company working experience is preferred.
- University Degree of Mechanics.
- Having Marketing or Quoting experience is plus.
- 4. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
