Job Details CHaINA Magazine, part of the Global Supply Chain Council, is looking
for a talented editor to manage the content for the magazine and
provide editorial assistance with our related media products.
Job Duties:
With the key responsibility being to manage the content of the
magazine, covering industry events, doing interviews and writing
stories, the individual will also be responsible for editing website
content, writing press releases and providing ad-hoc writing
assistance in other areas.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Chinese with possibly a degree in journalism,
English or communications
- Experience with trade publications and/or knowledge and interest
in business issues in China
- High level of competence in writing both in Chinese and English,
editing and attention to detail.
- Open minded and interested in learning about a range of topics in
different industries
- Ability to multitask and plan and manage editorial schedules and
deadlines
- Ability to manage both paid and non-paid contributors
- Individual should be self-motivated, resourceful and able to work
independently to a high standard
- Able to work in as part of team including designers, freelancers
and other staff, often under tight deadlines.
Location & Compensation:
Position is located Shanghai. Salary commensurate with experience. |
