We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager~~

Essential Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Overall job requirement is to serve as a liaison between the Japan based organization and a team of Chinese programmers.
-Individual will conduct all upfront research and analysis, compile the detailed requirements for new projects, and project manage the implementation of new IT initiatives.
- Individual will researching and resolving any and all software IT issues in our systems
- Individual will liaise with multiple organizations to identify reporting and metric requirements.
-Individual will support adhoc requests and projects as requested by the supported organizations and teams.
-Reporting and metrics

|Required Knowledge and Skills:

- 2+ years project management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their
relevant aspects
- Efficient time management skills
- Able to draw conclusions from research and analysis and determine next steps and course of action.
- Ability to communicate via email efficiently and effectively in English.
- Reasonable spoken English

Preferred Skills:

- PMP certification
- 2+ years experience in any of the following areas:

ERP, CRM, Scheduling, data mining, querying / accessing large data sets and developing key business reports and metrics.

- Proficient in the following:
* MYSQL
* PHP
* SRS (SQL Server Report Services)
* AJAX
*JAVA
* GUI Development / HTML
* BS in Computer Science or Information Technology

Company Summary:

Dean Morgan K.K. is a leading Language School provider located in Japan. We are expanding our IT production for our proprietary software to China. We are looking to hire an experienced Native Chinese Project Manager for managing, and hiring a team of Chinese programmers to develop several new products on top of supporting and maintaining our current core IT Software infrastructure.

We are seeking a Chinese National with solid English skills and with a minimum of 3-5 years working with a major IT development company. IBM, Oracle, Sun Micro etc. is preferred or Similar experience. Consideration will also be given to Doctorate and Post Doctorate research graduates looking to move into the corporate world.  Any kind of Japanese language skills would be a nice plus but it is not a requirement. for this role.

In this role you will be a part of the IT team within the Company, responsible for all requirements, receiving specs from the Japan office IT team and School Management teams. Other requirements areproject tracking and implementation of IT reporting enhancements into multiple applications .
