Purpose of the role:
1.
Manage all n
ational CN
and International mould projects brought in by sales.
2.
Manage contracts, quoting profit achievement, engineering
(engineering department) and projects execution (PM’s)
Scope & Relationships
:
Report to
General Manager and dotted line report to CEO.
Main Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for order management/engineering and project execution.
2.
Manage the project management and engineering teams, deal with
any issues escalated up by the major customers.
3.
Monitor technical and commercial trends, and develop the
necessary innovation, cost management and business structure strategy
4.
Ensure flawless technical and commercial includes cost and
quoting execution of projects.
5.
Develop career plan for key staff and provide training accordingly.
6.
Manage the transfer of product knowledge within Red Maple by
assembling the appropriate team and defining the tasks required from
each member.
7.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Experience:
1.
Conducting and basic legal experience for global project management.
2.
Good experience in engineering project management for machines
or tooling.
3.
Wind power industry working experience is a plus.
4.
Senior management experience as a leader for global project is a must.
5.
International work experience is strongly preferred, Chinese
experience would be a plus.
Qualifications:
1.
Strong technical (steel structures, machining, electrical and
hydraulic systems) and commercial analytical skills.
2.
Willingness and ability to take care of the “big
picture” as well as all key details.
3.
5 years of successful management experience on global projects (
>
50M USD, global management of projects).
4.
Start up experience or major rescheduling experience is a plus.
5.
Solid track record of defining and executing a business/ market strategy.
6.
Good English ability, both written and oral obligatory
proficiency in English, native English speaker is preferred.

5.

Compensation Package:
1.
Generous and open to negotiation. This is a
senior position with pay on an international level.
