Technical Support Teams
SSBG – IT Solutions is expanding and we are
searching for Full-Time candidates for our IT Service Teams in
Shanghai. We prefer both English and Chinese capability, but will also
consider candidates with only basic English skills. All
candidates need to have a strong work-ethic, willingness to learn,
good attitude and the ability to adapt. We are looking for
professional candidates interested in serious long-term opportunities
with one of Shanghai's most respected and established IT Support
companies.

Position Summary 职位简要 :
To participate in a team of technicians to address and troubleshoot
allocated issues; Provide scheduled and non-scheduled support
services for a variety of SSBG customers. Perform hardware /
software upgrades, and maintenance. Utilize technical skills and
experience to resolve assigned client issues. A Effectively
communicate the status and performance of client systems to the
Customer Service department on an on-going basis. Update technical
documentation and assist in developing the IT strategy for an assigned
group of client systems. Summarize activities and results
– with a focus on finding root causes of issues rather than just
treating symptoms.
Note – 4 x Teams –
1) Desktop Support –
Description: On-site & Remote computer
maintenance and IT support. Hardware and software installation,
configuration and troubleshooting
Skills – Windows (XP / 7)
/ Mac, Printers, Email clients (Outlook 07/2010), USB Peripheral,
basic network (LAN / DNS / DHCP), internet (FTTB / ADSL), and good
logical troubleshooting.
2) Server Systems Support –
Description: On-site & Remote Server system
maintenance, Active Directory management, general administration and
support. Hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Skills – MCSE, Win Svr 03/08, Linux (Web / FTP), RAID systems
(0/1/5/6), VMWare, VERITAS / Backup Exec (Tape & NAS), Exchange
2010, Ipswitch, and MS Active Directory Admin.
3) Infrastructure Support –
Description: On-site & Remote router, firewall
systems administration and IT support – tunnels and routing
policy management. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Skills - Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper, NIT, Checkpoint, IAS Proxy, ERP/
MRP experience, Barracuda, Remote Access Administration, Fluke,
Firewall Security Protocol, Nessus, and Branch Office VPN.
4) Db / Web Devel -
Skills – Win Svr 03/08, Linux (Web / FTP), HTML, ASP.net, PHP,
XML, Adobe CS2 / Illustrator, Web Design concepts, Graphics Design,
SQL/MySQL 2005, Other local ERP experience.
Requirements 应聘条件 :
Degree in IT related subject. Technical qualifications and/or
certifications.

Experience
Sr Tech - Required minimum 6+ Yr Exper in any 2 of
